1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received by the customer or a third party designated by them (e.g., neighbor, parcel shop).

4. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be included.

• Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be refunded.

• Customized or made-to-order products are excluded from returns, unless faulty.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using insured shipping, as we cannot be held liable for lost parcels.

6. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days to the original payment method.

• For partial returns, only the corresponding amount will be refunded.

• Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

7. Exchanges

• A direct exchange is not possible.

• If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order through our shop.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement. Please notify us of the defect within 7 days of receipt by e-mail and include a photo of the item.
